1. Digital Course Refunds

Since our products are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once the course materials have been accessed or downloaded.

However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• You are unable to access the course due to a technical issue on our end.
• You were charged multiple times for the same purchase.
• You contact us within 7 days of purchase with a valid reason for requesting a refund.
